Nasir Ghafoor
Principal / CEO
Nasir is the founder of Collaborative Consulting Group 360 (CCGroup360) and has led Smart Grid, AMI, and telecommunication network deployments for strategic clients in the US and Canada. He gained expertise in Smart Grid and utility sectors through roles at Silver Spring Networks (iTron) and Elster Solutions (Honeywell). Nasir specializes in managing projects from initiation to closure, distressed project recovery, and managing pilots. He has successfully rescued several Smart Grid programs and served as a SME for CIS integrations and Outage Management System projects.
Christine Ghafoor
CFO
Christine has years of experience in financial and commercial aspects of managing companies and internal laws. She secured degrees in finance and law from University of Nancy, France. She fluently speaks English, French, Spanish and German.
AJ
Enterprise Solution Architect
AJ has over 30 years of technology experience in telecommunications, power design, smart grid solutions, automatic metering and IT industries. He masters in system migration, integration, data analytics and related fields. He secured masters in electrical engineering from a reputable university in US and holds PMI and many other certifications.
